For custom orders please include your logo and a brief detailed outline of how you would like you design to be processed. Such as size, placement, and printing method. we accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. High quality PNG, PDF, or EPS files with transparent background are strongly recommended but not mandatory. Please be aware that the quality of the printed product will depend on the quality of the image you send. We will try our best to enhance the image as much as possible however we will notify you if our attempts to improve the quality of said image are non satisfactory. Should you still wish to proceed with that image we cannot be held liable for the quality of the product made using that image and you will not be entitled to a refund. Store credit may be applicable in these cases but not guarunteed. Please allow at least up to 48 hours for response. Custom orders will be processed 7-10 business days upon recieving and processing payment. Large or bulk orders may take longer and a specified date will be dicussed with customer.
